We executed a leadership workshop for Sony film division executives who would be overseeing a team of India IT vendors specializing in film animation. The goal was to assist the US based executive team optimize their global competencies by developing cross-cultural skills and increase their awareness of IT business work environments in India. 

We designed a customized executive workshop for participants to gain practical insights on how India management techniques and culture impacts team partnerships and business deliverables. The session allowed participants to acquire relevant competencies to efficiently and effectively hire, manage and retain the best talent for a high-profile animation project with partners in India.

We designed and delivered a team building session for Coca-Cola global divisional leaders, who were engaged in a strategic partnership with international clients and vendors. The goal was to assist participants in optimizing their global competencies by developing cross-cultural skills and gaining practical insights on how culture impacts global partnerships. 

The workshop assisted the leaders in developing the relevant competencies to efficiently manage knowledge transfer, acquire tools for effective communication and explore global corporate management best practices.
